Dr. Saša Zagorc is Professor of Constitutional Law at the University of Ljubljana where he lectures European Constitutional Law and European Human Rights Law. In 2012, he founded the legal clinic Law in Sports at the home University. He also serves as Member of the UEFA Legal Committee and the president of the Legal Committee of FA of Slovenia.
