TIM O’CONNOR

Tim O’Connor BL is a barrister in practice at the Bar of Ireland. He has a speciality in sports law, and is the treasurer and co-founder of the Sports Law Bar Association of Ireland. He lectures in sports law on the Law Society of Ireland Sports Law Diploma, as well as acting as examiner. He has advised and presented to bodies such as the UK Sports Council and World Rugby policy workshops, as well as to private clients. He is a member of the Editorial Board of Law In Sport and an arbitrator with Sports Disputes Solutions Ireland, Irish sports law arbitration body. He is also a member of the Bar of Northern Ireland.

MAURICE COURVOISIER

Maurice Courvoisier focuses on advising and representing clients in arbitration and litigation in all areas of corporate and commercial law, including sales and distribution agreements, construction and civil engineering, employment issues, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions. His areas of specialization include general contract law, private international law and international procedural law, including international legal assistance, annexes and the recognition of foreign judgments and arbitral awards in Switzerland.
