FILIP BLAGOJEVIĆ

Prior to establishing his own law firm in 2016, Filip had worked at other leading international law firms in Serbia and Germany. In 2012, he started specializing in sports law, representing footballers before the Court of Arbitration of the Football Association of Serbia (the “NDRC”). Filip has an extensive expertise in international sports law – he worked at Martens Rechtsanwälte, where he focused on CAS appeal procedures and BAT arbitrations, which helped him acquire a significant knowledge on the ex aequo et bono principle. Furthermore, he participated in CAS appeal procedures, including cases with case files in Spanish. In addition to this, Filip has been acting as an arbitrator of the NDRC since 2017, where he was able to gain valuable experience as an adjudicator. Since 2016, Filip has been regularly acting as a counsel in disputes before FIVB, CEV, Serbian Volleyball Federation, BAT, FIFA and CAS, where he has successfully handled over 50 cases.

SIMON BRAČUN, LL. M.

Simon Bračun is a managing partner at Law Firm Kavčič, Bračun & Partners, o.p, d.o.o. His fields of expertise include corporate/M&A, banking & finance, intellectual property, insolvency law, IT & telecommunications, media law and sports law. Simon regularly advises Slovenian and international clients in major M&A transactions as well as transactions on the purchase of performing and non-performing loan portfolios. He has been regularly involved in many complex restructuring and refinancing cases and is specialized in payment services and electronic money issuing. He is an author and a co-author of several articles related to M&A, banking & finance etc. Simon has a LL.M. in International Business Law from University of Utrecht and has been a member of the Slovenian bar since 2008.

SABRINA BULJUBAŠIĆ

Sabrina is an American and Bosnian National currently residing in the city of Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. She has completed a Bachlors degree in International Law, secondary diploma from SUNY for Legal Studies and a masters degree from ISDE (Madrid) for International Sports Law.  She is a lecturer at ISDE Madrid Sports Law and ISDE Barecelona for management as well she is know for other speaking events for sports law and football management.  Sabrina is the First ever women to be named the CEO of FK Sarajevo,  in which she has won back to back titles and changing the way the club was structured, with a focus on organisational and football side.  She is a Founder of a Women’s football club Salt City which under her management competed in the women premier league in Bosnia.  She was awarded from LEADERS the 30 most succeful in leadership under the age of 40. Sabrina has worked as well probono to assist in developing sports law in the region and founder of the first Football tailored conference for the Balkan region called FCE Congress.  

TINE MIŠIC

Tine Mišic is a Partner at ODI, and ODI‘s Regional Head of Regulatory and Compliance. 

Being fluent in various foreign languages, Tine‘s main area of practice is day-to-day cross-border corporate advisory in the field of commercial and EU Law. He specialises in commercial law, competition law, including state aid, and administrative law including public procurement and PPP procedures.

Tine graduated cum laude at University of Ljubljana Faculty of Law and completed an LL.M. at Leiden University with distinction. He has also attended a sports law programme at the T.M.C. Asser Instituut in The Hague and exchange studies at the Second University of Naples Faculty of Law.

His clients include: FedEx, TNT, 3M, Unilever, Integra Life Sciences, iRobot, Soudal, the largest Slovenian gaming provider HIT, Siemens Healthcare, OHL, INRIX, Primark, Plus500UK, Generali, and others.

HUBERT RADKE

Hubert Radke, LL.M., is a sports lawyer practicing at a boutique family law firm. He is also a certified NBPA basketball players agent. He represented athletes in contract negotiations and in BAT and CAS arbitrations at the international level, as well as in the disciplinary and doping proceedings at the national level. He holds a Masters in International Sports Law from ISDE, Madrid, Spain. He has been pursuing a Ph.D. degree in international sports law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at Nicolas Copernicus University in Torun, Poland. He coauthored first modern textbook on sports law in Poland. He is also a color commentator for NBA and European leagues basketball games at the major sports television in Poland. FEDERICO VENTURI FERRIOLO

Federico Venturi Ferriolo is the co-head of sports at LCA Studio Legale, a multidisciplinary law firm with seats in Milan, Genova, Treviso and Dubai. He is founder of Olympialex. com and a co-founder of the Scientific Sports Law Centre (CSDS). As part of his academic career, he obtained an LLM degree in international sports law at the Higher Institute of Law and Economics in Madrid. He focuses on sports and media law, including advising athletes, agents, coaches, clubs, leagues and companies on a range of commercial, regulatory and contentious issues. As part of this advice, he regularly assists in proceedings brought before arbitral tribunals and sports-related bodies, such as UEFA, FIFA, the Basketball Arbitral Tribunal and the Court of Arbitration for Sport.

WOUTER JANSSENS

Wouter Janssens is one of the founding partners of Cresta, an international boutique sports law firm based in Brussels. Mr. Janssens deals with disputes in basketball on a daily basis, frequently representing players, coaches and agents in arbitration proceedings with FIBA’s Basketball Arbitral Tribunal. Besides, Mr. Janssens acts as legal counsel of elite football players and rising talents. Over the past decade, Mr. Janssens combined this with the role of assistant professor at the University of Leuven.”
