Hubert Radke, LL.M., is a sports lawyer practicing at a boutique family law firm. He is also a certified NBPA basketball players agent. He represented athletes in contract negotiations and in BAT and CAS arbitrations at the international level, as well as in the disciplinary and doping proceedings at the national level. He holds a Masters in International Sports Law from ISDE, Madrid, Spain. He has been pursuing a Ph.D. degree in international sports law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at Nicolas Copernicus University in Torun, Poland. He coauthored first modern textbook on sports law in Poland. He is also a color commentator for NBA and European leagues basketball games at the major sports television in Poland.
